Farmhouse Dinner ft. Trione Vineyards

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features wines from Trione Vineyards and Winery in Sonoma, California. Trione is 100% family owned and the grapes are 100% estate grown. In addition, we are thrilled to welcome Michael Sage, the National Sales Manager for Trione, who is a Certified Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers & Certified Specialist of Wines & member of the Society of Wine Educators.

Michael was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, as a kid he recalls the multiple trips to Missouri wineries and tasting rooms with his parents, growing grapes, and 'trying' to make drinkable wine with his dad and grandfather. After completing his undergrad at Lindenwood University and while in culinary school, he became a manager and the wine director of Dierdorf & Hart's Steakhouse.  His career path eventually led him to the position of Clubhouse manager at Lake Forest Country Club in Lake Saint Louis.  Michael Sage officially entered the wine side of the industry as a salesperson and then eventually sales manager for A. Bommarito Wines of Missouri which led to his current position as National Sales Manager for Trione Vineyards & Winery in 2018.
