Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features Triple J Farms in Foristell, MO. and its fascinating owners. Four of the five courses in this authentic farm-to-table dinner will incorporate locally raised Pacific whiteleg shrimp from Triple J Farms.
In addition, the dinner will be featured on the Emmy-nominated new season of tasteMAKERS, featuring Cat Neville, which will debut later this year.

Shrimp Pasta
Blackened Triple J Farms Shrimp, onions, bell peppers, cream, white wine. Served on top of pappardelle pasta.
