Farmhouse Dinner ft. Triple J Farms

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features Triple J Farms in Foristell, MO. and its fascinating owners. Four of the five courses in this authentic farm-to-table dinner will incorporate locally raised Pacific whiteleg shrimp from Triple J Farms. 

In addition, the dinner will be featured on the Emmy-nominated new season of tasteMAKERS, featuring Cat Neville, which will debut later this year.

First Course

Shrimp Ceviche

Triple J Farms Shrimp, red onion, jalapeno, cucumber, roma tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, lemon, lime, orange juice. Served with house-made tortilla chips

Second Course

Shrimp Wontons

Smoked Triple J Farms Shrimp, red bell pepper, scallions, prairie breeze cheese, garnished with orange zest aioli

Third Course

Shrimp Pasta

Blackened Triple J Farms Shrimp, onions, bell peppers, cream, white wine. Served on top of pappardelle pasta.

Fourth Course

Surf & Turf

Triple J Farms Shrimp Scampi, beef tenderloin medallions, blue cheese fondue, duchess potatoes

Fifth Course

Chocolate Pecan Pie
