Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features Triple J Farms in Foristell, MO. and its fascinating owners. Four of the five courses in this authentic farm-to-table dinner will incorporate locally raised Pacific whiteleg shrimp from Triple J Farms.

fresh corn masa shell layered with refried pinto beans, chipotle shrimp, salsa verde, radish, cilantro, and lime crema, served with cilantro rice

Cajun Shrimp Pasta
fried shrimp, andouille sausage, onion, red and green pepper, fried okra, cream sauce

Garlic Butter Smoked Shrimp
slowly smoked shrimp in garlic butter, served on a bed of fresh corn risotto

Orange Upside-Down Cake
topped with caramel and candied oranges
