Cajun Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room or pavilion. This month’s occasion focusing on Mardi Gras season with a cajun twist.

  • 5 course Tasting Menu: $60 per person + tax & gratuity

  • 5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $75 person + tax & gratuity

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM

  • Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

  • Limited seating. Reservations and tickets required.

FIRST COURSE

Shrimp & Andouille Po Boy

beer-battered shrimp, andouille sausage, shredded lettuce, pickles, remoulade, french bread

SECOND COURSE

Crawfish Etouffee

cajun stew with tomato, bell pepper, onion, crawfish, topped with crispy rice patty

THIRD COURSE

Blackened Chicken & Andouille Skewers

served over red beans & rice

FOURTH COURSE

Blackened Trout

topped with onions, peppers, bacon, served over gruyere grits

DESSERT

Classic Beignet

drizzled with nutella and white zinfandel sauce
