Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner inside our large open-air pavilion space. This month, our theme will be centered on Italian cuisine.

COURSE ONE Burrata Salad spring mix, arugula, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, roasted pine nuts, burrata cheese, homemade croutons, tossed in roasted garlic vinaigrette
COURSE TWO Eggplant Parmesan marinated, coated in panko bread crumbs, homemade marinara, romano cheese, served over mushroom risotto
COURSE THREE Italian Beef Braciole thinly sliced beef, stuffed & rolled with mozzarella, basil, crispy prosciutto, Italian breadcrumbs, pine nuts, lemon wine sauce, served on top of a crispy polenta cake
COURSE FOUR Bolognese authentic, slow-cooked bolognese, beef, pork, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, housemade red sauce, served on top of fettuccine pasta and focaccia bread
COURSE FIVE Tiramasu Cheesecake
