Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features locally sourced gourmet mushrooms.

  • 5-course Tasting Menu: $75 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • 5-course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $99 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM

  • Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

MENU

First Course   I   Cream of Mushroom Soup   I   chestnut mushrooms sauteed in garlic, herbs, sherry, finished with a smoked gouda cream sauce

Second Course   I   Warm Mushroom Salad   I   white elm mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, shallots & a soy sauce marsala blend, romaine lettuce, prairie breeze cheese

Third Course   I   Mushroom Bruschetta   I   maitake mushrooms, compound butter, aged parmesan, grilled crostini

Fourth Course   I   Pan Seared Duck   I   hoisin cream sauce, brown oyster mushroom risotto, steamed broccoli florets

Fifth Course   I   Pound Cake   I   topped with strawberries & whipped cream
