As a special treat, we are thrilled to be hosting renowned chocolatier Terry Wakefield, who will be educating guests during their dining experience. Chocolate has infused Terry Wakefield’s career including Seattle Chocolates and Bissinger’s Chocolate with titles like chief chocolate officer and chief chocolatier. He is a seasoned food industry operations executive with a particular passion for making chocolate (he ran a 6.5 acre bean to bar facility including the process and product development teams). His chocolate passion has led him into leading wine, chocolate and food pairings across the United States. With an education in food science and engineering, Terry also utilizes this knowledge to understand how foods impact our nutrition and health.
