Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This month, we will be pairing renowned Caymus 40th & 50th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon along with our new line of Defiance Ridge Vineyards 1897 wines. In addition, the dinner will be utilizing fresh produce from our on-site garden.
