Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience encompasses traditional Mexican cuisine with a twist. Local produce will be used for each course and provided by Tony’s Family Farms (aka Tony Tomato) and our own on-site garden.

Honey Chipotle Chicken Skewers
mojo marinated chicken with cherry tomatoes and poblano peppers, drizzled with honey chipotle sauce

Carne Asada Taco
marinated skirt steak, topped with chimichurri, queso fresco, fried onion, and guacamole

Strawberry Rhubarb Tart
filled with rhubarb compote, macerated strawberries, and a strawberry whipped cream
