Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This month we are going outside the box for our April Farmhouse dinner. We have always been interested in doing a Japanese-themed dinner while not trying to stretch our Kitchen staff too thin. For this evening’s dinner, we are proud to announce that Westchester’s Executive Chef-Owner, Matt Glickert, will be joining us as a “guest chef”. Matt is also a valued wine club member, who spends many of his Mondays off at Defiance Ridge. He graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in 2009 and became the Executive Chef at Sugarfire before his venture began at Westchester, where he has prospered. Please join us for a very special evening featuring Japanese-inspired courses!
