We’re celebrating our nation’s birthday Defiance Ridge- style with 2 full days of fun and festivities! Our All-American celebration includes bodacious BBQ specials, picnic food, live music and plenty of wine for toasting our country’s birthday. Each night, a spectacular firework show from the terrace overlooking the vineyards is our way of saluting the nation!
